ABOUT
Growth has
been the thread.
Across my career, I’ve been drawn to what it takes to become capable of something more.
From a career built on big bets.
For more than 25 years, I worked inside companies that were growing quickly and changing constantly. I built new organizations, took on roles I wasn’t completely ready for, developed leaders into bigger roles, and learned firsthand that what makes us successful at one level isn’t always what the next one requires.
I ’ve always been interested in what happens at that edge.
What helps someone step into a role that asks more of them? What allows a team to take on something it couldn’t do before?
What has to change as an organization grows beyond the systems, structures and ways of working that got it here?
TODAY, I WORK WITH GROWTH AT TWO LEVELS
Different challenges.
Similar opportunity.
Leaders
I work with leaders who are taking on greater scope preparing for the next level, navigating a difficult challenge or simply asking more of themselves.
My role isn't to tell them the kind of leader they should become, it's to help them see more clearly, make intentional choices and develop what their growth requires.
Organizations
I advise leadership teams whose businesses have grown beyond the systems, structures or assumptions that got them there.
My work is grounded in post-sales because that's where I've spent my career, understanding how organizations create customer value, where operating models break down, and what needs to evolve for the next phase

Beyond the work.
I'm a wife and mom of three boys, a lifelong learner, endurance event enthusiast and an adult LEGO builder.
My bookshelves have a disproportionate number of books about leadership, high performance, resilience and human potential. I'm usually taking a class, considering a challenge that sounded like a good idea when I signed up for it, or building something.
I'm deeply interested in what people are capable of, especially when they aren't entirely sure they're capable of it yet.

A team member gave me this more than a decade ago because apparently I talked about growth enough that when she saw it, she thought of me. It's been in my office ever since.
EXPERIENCE
THAT INFORMS PERSPECTIVE.
25+
years of experience
